Every item comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with a product you may return it in an unused
condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, minus shipping charges.
We do not pay shipping charges for any returned products unless we made a mistake (for example, we sent you the wrong
product), in which case we will pay the shipping charges to correct the mistake. If you simply change your mind about a
product, we will not pay shipping charges.
If the product is not received by us within 10 days of your receipt it will not be accepted, unless prior authorization
has been obtained from us. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges, unless we agree otherwise. If a
product appears to have been used, mistreated or damaged, it will not be accepted for a refund. We would appreciate it if
you would give a written reason for your return of a product.
Only the original purchaser may receive a refund or replacement for a returned product.
If a product is damaged, keep all the packing material and file a claim with the carrier that delivered the product. We
will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship, but we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
